Return Policy
At Sparkling Us, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist with returns. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please review our return policy below:
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for a different product, if desired.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Earrings, hair clips and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, certain items such as final sale items, damaged or missing parts or signs of wear are also non-returnable.
Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or any other reason that is not due to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. If you prefer to receive a refund instead of reshipping, please note that the original shipping fee will be non-refundable.
We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address and tracking the delivery status to avoid these issues.
Damaged or Defective Items
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@sparklingusjewelry.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to complete the return.
Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels.
Your delivery costs cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
